“Definitely a cozy little place, perfect for two people, situated right on the lake with your own dock, with chairs. With were greeted by Walter as we drove into the parking space. He helped up carry luggage and other items down to the cabin (one of two on the property). He then went over the property with us and explained where everything was. He also told us about many of the restaurant choices in the town and the various hiking trails and how hard or easy they were. The firepit is close by and there was a lot of good firewood for our use. The hot tub is the right size for two people and was very clean and ready for our use. This was October so the foliage was at it's peak. The driveway down to the parking was very steep, so in the winter time it could be a challenge.”

“If we could give this place a 10 star we would. My husband and I eloped in the Adirondacks and the host made sure it was the best possible experience. From a great relaxing stay, offering a pontoon ride for our wedding photos, and even recommending a friendly mechanic in a time of need; we couldn’t be happier. This was the type of place you walk into and immediately feel at home and welcomed. The added benefit of having access to both an immaculate hot tub and lakeside access with the tandem kayak makes every penny worth it.”

“We adored our time in Baker Cabin at Colden Lodge. Every aspect of the cabin had an Adirondacks feature. We especially loved the hot tub, fire pit dock and deck. Bobby and Walter were very helpful throughout the stay. Oh and the custom made totem pole on site is amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Being located right on Lake Flower so you are easy into Town while also feeling secluded even with the road across the lake. We will be back again!”

“Colden Lodge is an absolute gem! It is lakefront with your own private dock and access to kayaks and a fire pit. The rooms were perfectly decorated and the place was immaculate. The hosts are super friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this to anyone!”

“The Baker Cabin was convenient to Saranac Lake's main street (a short drive and no issues with finding parking) while offering a view of Flower Lake with a dock and seating. While there are close neighbors the tree cover and layout made the cabin and deck (with hot tub) feel private. The tree carving in progress was an added bonus and I'm sure those who stay in the future will appreciate the beautiful addition to the property. The cabin was perfect for a couple and as depicted in photos, except the bathroom was recently renovated with a new shower. The driveway to the cabin was steep but perfectly manageable in summer - winter stays they have parking directly off the road. Being on the water with the ability to spend time on a dock specific to the cabin was much appreciated.”

Definitely a first for us staying at an Airbnb. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are working to plan a whole family trip and stay again. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!”
